Cancellation:
If you are needing to cancel your reservation you have up until 10 days before your rental date to cancel with a full deposit refund. Any cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund.
Weather:
If there's a tropical storm or hurricane, you can cancel your order with a full refund. For any other weather-related issues unfortunately, there will be no refunds. It is important to have a back-up plan if your party is going to be outdoors.
